If You have:

• University degree in Economics, Business or related field

• Experience in macro/micro-level space management, ideally within FMCG Category Management

• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional alignment skills

• Understanding of store operations and retail processes

• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong commercial awareness

• Experience using space planning, store layout and business analytics tools

• Excellent planning, problem‑solving and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English language (English is required for working with colleagues in the Baltics, as well as with systems and software)

• Driver’s license

We will entrust you:

• Establish and own the end-to-end macro-level space planning and optimization process in Baltics across all store formats.

• Use data, customer insights and commercial performance analysis to optimize store layouts and space utilization.

• Drive space optimization initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.

• Collaborate closely with Category Management, Store Design, Operations and other stakeholders to deliver standardized and effective solutions.

• Act as functional owner and lead the development, improvement and consistent use of macro‑level space planning tools and systems.

• Define and monitor space management KPIs, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and future store development.

• Lead long-term space planning and forecasting to support business growth and format evolution.
