Risk & Business Continuity Management Expert
As the group's Risk & Business Continuity Management Expert, you will coordinate and continuously improve Rimi group enterprise risk management activities related to operational risks and business continuity. A large part of the job is carried out working with business functions where you act as an internal consultant in the area and both support and challenge risk and business continuity management activities. If You have:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics or related field.
Experience 3+ years of work with enterprise risk management and/or business continuity management. If you have worked as a consultant in the field, and/or in a larger company or audit firm, it is a plus;
Certification or training in risk management, business continuity, internal control or audit is an advantage.
Good knowledge in related areas such as crisis and/or incident management, as well as experience in carrying out business impact analysis;
Comfort, interest and proven experience in designing and holding workshops and trainings with stakeholders from different organizational levels.
Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English language (English is required for working with colleagues in the Baltics, as well as with systems and software)
We will entrust you:
Strengthening competence in business risk and business continuity management by planning and leading trainings, workshops and exercises;
Development and implementation of appropriate methodologies and tools that streamline the group's operational risk management work;
Monitoring new laws and regulations that affect Rimi operational risk profile and continuously follow the changes that occur in risk and business continuity management regarding methods and technology;
Coordination of operational risk and business continuity management process and making sure that required reporting takes place to the parent company;
Monitoring that risks and continuity gaps are treated according to plan by appointed risk owners.
Compensation: 3200 - 3400 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements. Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
