If you have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Solid experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or MarTech roles;

• Experience in cross-channel campaign planning and execution;

• Good knowledge of marketing technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP Emarsys, IPaper, social listening tools and etc);

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI and etc);

• Understanding of user experience and digital customer journeys;

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM and digital customer experience;

• Ability to work independently and across teams in a Baltic environment;

• Fluency in English and Estonian language.

We will entrust You:

• Defining MarTech roadmap, automation initiatives and system integrations;

• Leading development and optimization of MarTech platforms and digital marketing systems including processes, workflows, documentation, and system coordination;

• Developing digital marketing strategies, standards, and brand guidelines;

• Planning and executing Baltic-wide digital campaigns;

• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and driving continuous optimization;

• Conducting market and competitor research to support strategic decisions;

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external partners and agencies;

• Ensuring GDPR compliance across all digital marketing activities;

• Managing budgets, validating costs and supporting tender processes.
