Strategic HR Business Partner
We are seeking for an experienced HR professional with a passion to support the achievement of organisation developments through consulting and implementing various strategic HR solutions. In this role you will be part of Baltic Employee Leadership team, reporting to Estonian HR Manager.

If you have:
Higher education and multiple years of working experience as an HR business partner or a comparable role in a preferably matrix working environment
A track record of leading change, as this job is not about maintaining the status quo
A positive personality with a can-do attitude
Excellent command of English and Estonian, allowing you to confidently communicate and cooperate in a cross-cultural environment. Your exceptional communication skills ensure effective collaboration with team members
You have a deeper understanding of labour-law

The recruitment process will consist of an initial short interview with HR Manager, following deeper interview with the Recruitment Partner & HR Manager with short homework. The final stage of the process will be a meeting with the HR Director.
