To be successful in this role, you have:
Higher education and proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar generalist role
A track record of leading successful HR or cross-functional projects
A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills in Estonian and English, enabling confident cooperation with leaders and teams
Excellent interpersonal abilities and the confidence to guide leaders through both strategic and practical HR matters
Solid understanding of Estonian labour law and its practical application
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - you’re down to earth and practical, yet always looking for improvement and innovation
High accuracy, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in everything you do
