If You have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce marketing
• Proven experience managing content placement and development for e-commerce websites and mobile apps using CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and automations
• Good understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, with a focus on driving e-commerce sales
• Good ability to run and coordinate tasks across multiple teams
• High level of punctuality and attention to detail
• Flexible mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent writing and editorial skills in Estonian, with good proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

We will entrust You: 

• Creating and placing content across e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and retail media
• Promoting Rimi e-store through digital channels such as the website, social media, mobile app, and CRM — in collaboration with internal teams, influencers, and external agencies
• Making in-store content related to store openings, new arrivals, featured products, and top sellers
• Participating in partnerships with influencers, content creators, blogs, and other media collaborators
• Working closely with marketing, commercial, design teams, and agencies to develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies that support sales and growth targets
• Tracking and analysing the performance of e-commerce and marketing activities, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results
• Performing other tasks relevant to the role
