To be SUCCESSFUL in this role:
👉🏻 At least 3 years of experience in managing diverse recruitment challenges with deeper expertise at least in one of the recruitment areas (such as direct recruitment, improving recruitment processes in organization, creating employer branding and attraction initiatives)
👉🏻 Proven ability to engage with and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders. You will work with skilled HR and business leaders and teams in all Baltic states. Moreover, you will work with a diverse group of exciting external partners such as our technology vendors, NGOs and state institutions
👉🏻 Experience in leading and/or supporting teams. You will manage a team of 10 recruitment talents and will become a part of our Employee Experience leadership team.
👉🏻 A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. There will be plenty of tactical challenges that will require your skills to solve, but you will also set the strategic direction for our Employer Brand and recruitment infrastructure development.
👉🏻 You have a track record of initiative and leading change, as this job is not about maintaining the status quo.
